The service

We provide a directory of local businesses. Basic listings are free; paid tiers (Featured, Spotlight) add placement and features. Prices and what each tier includes are shown on the Pricing page.

Subscriptions & billing

• Paid tiers are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually via Stripe or PayPal.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period, after which the listing reverts to the free tier.
• Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Listings & claims

Business information is provided in good faith from public sources and owners; we do not guarantee its accuracy. Business owners may claim and correct their listing. We may edit or remove listings that violate these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful, infringing, misleading, or harmful content, and do not attempt to disrupt or scrape the service.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law
